Exercise during pregnancy

Hi there, i was wondering of anyone could give me advice about this. I know exercise is good, but lots of people have siad to reduce intensity.
My initial pregnancy i continued to play hockey, and run etc. I was told after my MC, that i need to slow down, and not to run.
 
I was told that exercise at the same level you were doing it before pg is fine, but I reduced anyway because I was so knackered. After m/c last time, I am going to take it really easy and not worry about exercising at all.
