Yip she got me again. Woke me at 1.30am with pains that not even pain killers or hot water bottle could relieve. And that with no vision of her whatsoever Finally got to sleep at 4.30am and when alarm went at 6.00am I could have cried. Even with all pain I still only have the lightest view of AF when wiping (sorry TMI).

Now on to plans for next cycle

Gonna try the SMEP this month and see if I get anywhere with it. Started back on Angus Castus and Evening Primrose oil this morning.

Hi. I found another pregnancy website when googling one day and it says: -

Start BD on day 8 and every day up until get positive OPK (start OPK testing CD10). When get +OPK bd that day and the next 2 days, skip 1 day and then BD the next one.

If don't get +OPK BD every other day up until CD35.
