Wondering if you can help me?
AF has arrived and I am so happy that my body in sync is back after MC. I just wondered if any of you know the recommended amount of EPO to take to help fertility/cervical mucus etc. I have searched online but can't really find the right info xx

Hey hun, I am taking EPO at the morning and the bottle said take 2-3 per day so I take 2, I think mine are 1000mg, but I'll double check when I get home. I only take them up until ovulation. If anyone else has any recommendations on quantity I'd be interested to know xx

Hi Daisy,
Its cos it can cause uterine contractions and thats not safe for if you fall pregnant. I used EPO before and found that it really helped with fertile mucus (TMI sorry). xx

I took EPO this month and it noticeably increased my CM, and in fact I got a bfp on tues! Hope it works for you xxx

Hi all,
I take EPO 1000mg two times a day also - i checked with my GP if it was ok while ttc and was told a big yes. I take them to try and regulate my PMS and menstrual symptoms. Didnt know about the CM increase etc benefits - good to know.
