Does anyone know if the following are safe in pregnancy

    Clary Sage
    Ceedarwood
    Lavender
    Bergamot

I'm not thinking to massage with, but to put on my pressure points (diluted ofc!), pillow or to burn.

A combo of clary sage & ceedarwood is my fave calming blend :)

    Xx

I think, although could be wrong, that Clary Sage is not recommend as it can trigger contractions and labour x
