Egg Donation

Hi ladies,

I am currently looking at donating my eggs for women unable to conceive themselves for whatever reason, and would like to speak to some people firstly who have donated before as to what the after effects are etc if it's hindered having babies yourself, relationship problems etc

And I would also like to speak to people who are using egg donators and what it means to them? That sounds like a strange question I know but I want to make sure I am doing this for the right reasons... If that makes sense?

My partner has said he will back me with this, but he couldn't personally donate sperm as it would be hard to know there might be mini hims running round but I see it as the same as giving blood.

Any information from people who have been/are going through this on either side would be great!

well thats a lovely thing to do, and I know alot of people rely so much on egg donars and it means the world to them. Actually giving the eggs isnt too bad, you will need to take injections and have retrieval none of it is painful just abit uncomfortable...i dont donate but been through ivf so process is the same. Cant add too much all i know is that if i couldnt use my own eggs i would use donar eggs and i would be forever grateful as having a baby means everything. xx
