Egg donation advice for my friend

My best friends sister in law has been told her only hope now of concieving is egg donation...she has suffered 2 tragic losses over the last few years late into her pregnancies, and last year was very poorly with a cyst in her fallopian tubes-as a result her own eggs are no longer viable.

They have been told it could take around 9 months on a waiting list, they are considering an advert in a local paper too...

Anyone had an experience or advice for them?? PM if possible xxxxx
