lol! Def lay it on thick hun, I especially like the idea of using your position on here!!.......Like I said I laid it on about being 33 weeks pregnant when we had issues and after lots of complaining got the outcome we wanted! Your situationis worse than what happened to us but if u still want furniture from them make sure u get something u actually want and if it's not up to the original value then get the rest back on a gift card or something? .....Hope it all gets resolved soon xxx

They did. The dresser is a no go, the other furniture that I was willing to accept couldn't be shipped to NI
