Eay scan question

Those that have been back for a 2nd early scan - do u know IF the gestational and yolk sac grow ?

When I went last Friday I had both the above but no heartbeat seen.. they mentioned that this makes a great “base line” to compare - so I return Friday this week which will be one full week later (I should be 6+4) - but very aware that it is still VERY early. If the heartbeat still not visible as they warned they may not - as its between 6-7wk they can see it.. So IF the heartbeat still not visible could the sacs still show signs of growth/development - do they get bigger and/or more developed? Or is it just a heartbeat they go by ?? So I guess I’m asking if sacs grow/developed since last week but still no heartbeat I’m still not out, right ?

You should see a heartbeat on a TV scan by 6+4, and some growth

at 6-1 mine measured 3.8mm ish and i saw the heartbeat clear as day
