For each one they ate they got to put chips down on the tabke to win a ferarri or similar car as far as I remember, I watched it when it was on TV.

do we really swallow on average 8 spiders a year? whenever ive tried to get a spider on my finger (only the tiny money-spiders i'll pick up!) they dont seen that eager to get on me. i cant imagine spiders want to walk into a hole where it shall meet its death.

lol judging from your reactions im glad i didnt watch it. Im not scared of spides but at the moment i can have a nightmare about anything (even if is it isnt scary in the firstplace lol)

OMG that's gross...thank goodness I'd finished my sandwich although watching it did make me wanna gag. I much prefere the stunts where they have to collect flags from a bungee cord or swim in chains or something! I always hate the 'eating things' challenge they do.

A few days ago I was feeding Eefie in bed in the night and a spider came down from the ceiling directly above us and landed on him . I'm freaking out as I didnt have any hands free and eventually it ran back up its web to the ceiling. I dont normally kill spiders but to know it was directly above us and had landed on us then sorry it had to go!

That has reminded me of a time when i was little. my mum was putting my pj's on and she suddenly threw them across the room. they landed in the corner of the room under the table. i thought she was mad but for some reason didnt ask her why she did it until a few days later. she said it is because there was a spider in them. i think they stayed there for about a week before she plucked up the courage to pick them up again. they dont really bother me. its moths and daddy long legs i cannot stand

When we went south africa last year there was a "moth" flying round the light then it landed on the floor between us, me and DD looked at it then at each other and said what the fook is THAT??? A praying mantis!

Then we saw a HUGE spider outside the chalet. OH said oh its OK it doesnt have a web its a hunter so jumps. Like that made us feel any better! I did not take my eyes off this thing all night. And we went into a field and OH said Its OK the snakes are hibernating. GET ME OUT NOW!!!

Then to top it all I put my PJ's on an a centipede with a red bum fell out
