Last Monday on the 19th my hcg was 222 from my gp. Yesterday it was 198 at my obgyn lab. This is a pregnancy 4 weeks after a miscarriage. I don't know if there was a mix up or if I'm beginning to miscarry again. No bleeding or cramps or anything. I still feel pregnant. Had a scan yesterday too and it was too early to see anything yet. I have to do blood work again Friday. And a follow-up appointment on Monday for another scan. Should I even get my hopes up for a miracle at this point?

I mc and got bloods done 2 days apart which had dropped considerably but this is be because i did pass something.
Gut instinct would say if they have dropped thats not a good sign your hcg should almost double daily in the early stages but hopefully tomorrow a scan and further bloods will confirm either way. Hcg level below 5 is not pregnant so whilst hcg is in your system you will still feel pregnant. I still had sore boobs for a few days after, frequent urination for a week and 1 day sickness after. The negative test appeared week or so later (some ladies are longer) and a further hcg confirmed not pregnant hcg..
Wishing you all the luck tomorrow, hopefully it was a blip or there is a reason that some people dip. Hcg is the most acurate way so the tests were deffo correct.
