Massive hugs. Please do what is best for you hun. Whether that is bf, ff or trying combination. No one will judge you in your decision. If you decide to carry on bf there is support available on here and thru hv. If you decide to ff there are lots of us that ff (me included) that can speak to you about bottles etc. You are doing fantastically well. Don't forget it. Xx

You have really helped me when I've been at my wits end.

I'm going to go back to the doctors.

Just at the osteopath now, maybe she can help a bit as well.

She appears to be latching a little better this morning and my nipple has recovered a bit so maybe we ate over the worst of it. I can deal with the not settling a bit better if she is feeding properly.

I am so sorry you are going through this hun. I think you need to see a lactation consultant, dont think anyone else can sort it. She does sound like she has reflux. You can get domperidone and ranitidine (instead of Gaviscon) , gaviscon is nearly impossible to use with BF babies, sadly docs dont care.

Have you excluded dairy? If not, do. It can cause reflux.
First 6 weeks are hell but it does get better once they have established supply

you're obvs very passionate about sticking with BF for Tillys sake but if shes fussing and crying so much perhaps a FF lwould help her be happier... dont feel like a failure if you go onto FF or try one FF, theres alot of us that have had to move onto FF for lots of different reasons !!!you've been so strong so far, dont be so hard on yourself (easy to say i know)

We had a better session with the osteopath so hopefully that might have helped. She was much calmer.

My nice doctor is in the surgery this afternoon so I'm going to try and get in to see him for some different meds for her.

I just need to sort myself out now. I feel ill
