Well af arrived today and once again I'm left gutted!! Kind of had a feeling that I was out this month purely because me and dh didn't bd enough! Ha. I just want af to do one then I can concentrate on trying SMEP this cycle. I just feel it'll never hapen and I know the more I stress about the less likely it's going to hapen!

Oh well roll on next cycle xxx

I was exactley the same last month...I was 7 days late and was convinced that I was pregnant!!! But now beacause my last couple of cycles have been so different I'm not sure when I am going to ov. So I am thinking positively and becoming a poas addict, the minute that line is there i will be bd'ing!!!!

I've been trying for ages now, and I do know how you feel..just hang in there!!!

I no exactly how it feeling it's bloody horrible! Iv been ttc for 10 months now and every month it's horrid but I find I can usually pick myself up after a day or so and focus on the next month sO try to stay positive I no its so hard tho we all have really bad days- that's why this site is so good it makes you realise ur not alone xxxxxx
