...but I'm so so so worried about my 12 week scan next week. I've been through this before with baby number 1 and everything was fine, even though I terrified myself with negative thoughts.
I keep thinking the worst and I cant help it, but at the same time I'm letting myself think about being pregnant and looking at maternity clothes and future planning...my brain is seriously battling itself right now!!

Am I mad?! Xx

Nope, just pregnant!! I still feel exactly the same, my 20 week scan is on Friday and my mind just won't stop going around in circles with worry and what ifs.. This is what I tell myself - Let yourself be excited and happy, there is no point worrying about something that hasn't happened yet, you have no control over it so just let it go & enjoy it.. If god forbid something bad happens then deal with it when it does.

Try not to stress, try and take your mind off it completely for at least a day! xx

I was like this first time round and already like this now and only got my positive yesterday! Long way to go lol I think it's only natural to worry, I'm a total worry wart too lol xxx

i didnt want to go to either of my scans cos i had worked myself up so much

if you have had no problems then try not to worry :)

thanks everyone, I'm just a worrier! I'm sure everything will be fine, I've had no indication of anything otherwise Xx

I dread every scan (also very excited) but I think baby will not have a HB or something :/ I use my doppler like twice a day cos I get it in my head it isn't there anymore. Just normal I guess.
Wish they had an option to sleep all the way through Haa!
