finley has always just woken once in the night and had 5oz's of sma gold milk. but for the past few weeks he's woken and had 7oz!!!! sometimes during the day he has 6 too. according to the tin he should still just be on 5oz. i think 7oz is abit 2 much but i obviously cant starve him thpough
its also makingh me think he'll never sleep through because isnt he ment 2 reduce the amount in the night because he's filling up more during the day?
o and last night he woke twice which he hasnt done since he was born he had 7oz then another 5oz 4 hours later
so my question is do u think i should put him on hungry baby milk because its way 2 early 2 wean him. he's 11 weeks old on friday
thanks in advance

go for the hungry baby milk hun if hes not satifyed! is he a big baby? as codie was a big baby and she went on hungryer baby when she was 2 months old, but he might hav a dicky tummy for a few days hun as its a change but nothing to worrie about x

he was 8lb 3 so quite big and he's put weight on so quickly. i'm due 2 get him weighed 2moro i reckon he'll b a least 13lb

talk to ur health visitor tomorrow huni! they will be able to advise yah xx

hi ya you could try giving Fin hungry baby milk for his last night feed and see if this makes a difference. It will give you an idea of how he tolerates it too. I just stuck with comfort milk in the end because Ethan was really sick with hungry baby. Worth a try i say xxx

I'd be more inclined, if he's draining 6 oz bottles during the day to put an extra 1 oz in the bottle :) I always used the rule when they drained a couple of bottles up the oz's. He could be going through a growth spurt as well :)

thanks every1. gonna speak 2 the hv 2day see what she says

I wouldnt worry about him drinking more at night. A few nights ago Paige decided to drain 6oz bottles at 5am instead of normally drinking around 4 or 5oz but shes actualyl started sleeping longer now, so Im a little confused. Id try hungry baby milk, as the other girls have said, it could be a growth spurt :)

Hope the hv can help!

i was told the tin is just a guideline it doesn't matter if they take more. Ava is 12 weeks old tomorrow and she is on 6oz every 3-4 hours.

I tried her with hungry baby milk the other day as around tea time she seems to be most hungry but it didnt sit well in her tummy so just going to keep her on the SMA Gold keeping it regular. :)

Hope the HV can help xxxxx
