with my mmc last yr i opted for the medicaly managed route and i realy wish i hadnt cos i was in hossy for a few days waiting for it to happen i was in agony lost a few clots etc but not the sac that was with them inserting a pesary in the end i had the op where they use a little hoover thing,gd luck with whatever u decide to do, and i am very very sorry u are having to go through all this take care xxxxxx
