Does anyone know how to read ultrasounds

I have a subchorionic hemorrhage and I can't tell what is what on my ultrasound I can't tell where it is. I could send you a pic on email?

I am not an expert but I had 3 small ones on my 13 week scan during DDs pregnancy. They showed as black areas between the placenta and uterus wall.
