just wondering if any of you have this swing or are thinkingof buying it?
is so what do you think of it?

Thats so pretty! I havnt brought a swing or bouncer yet. I was looking at the zebra one from Toys r us but it doesnt swing backwards and forwards.

well the reason i want thismone is bcuz it swings and inteh roof its got all LED lights that flash to music. babies love lights so thought this wud b brill

a friend of mine has that, her baby is about 12 weeks (i think) and she hates the lights but that could just be a personal thing :)

I think its nice and if someone else hadnt bought me a rocker already i probs would have tried it to be honest.

Its really pretty, LOVE the design

Im really put off by those mechanical swings though, when you see them go, it just doesnt look like a normal swinging action, and the babies movement doesnt affect it so they dont get any feedback, BUT on the plus side you can set them going and have a nap so suppose its 6 of one half a dozen of the other. Dont think Im gonna buy one though, I'd like to just get a non mechanical swing cos I thought it'd be cheaper but cant find one anywhere!!!!

Hey mel_ed, we bought it a couple of years ago for our little boy. It is a lovely swing and one of the reasons we bought it was because you can plug your ipod into it! The swing itself is great and the swinging action is nice and soothing and you can control the speed. The only problem we had was that for us it wa alot of money for the time we used it as our little boy was really steady and strong with his neck from the start so we could only really use it for a few weeks as in kept lifting himself up and actually toppled over in it! Saying that though, alot of my friends didn't have that problem with their babies, so I think it was just our little boy!!

thanks jelly bean for the advice. i do think its a lot of money i think its £80 in momas and papas but i live near a momas and ppopas outlet and ive seen it in there for £50 which i think is an average price for a swing. so makes me feel better about buying it. thanks again
