Do you tell OH when it's testing day?

Hey guys

Just wondering do you tell OH when your testing day is or when you take a test.

I never do, i just tell him roughly what week i will be testing

I think beacuse i don't want to get him excited. i will be testing next week but maybe i should tell him what day

I think he has a rough idea because he knows when i should ovualte because i tell him so we can get plenty of action in, but i don't tell him when i'm about to test.

I tend to just tell him at some random point that i'm not pregnant again.

"Louise, have you seen my socks?"

"I'm not pregnant again "

"Oh, here they are!"

Ah ye louise thats kinda why i dont want to tell him the exact day i would rather pick my moment to tell him, prob mid conversation like you rather than him getting excited and asking all the time

My OH doesnt have a clue, up until i joined the forum and was asking questions about what we talk about, he didnt even realise that you could only get pregnant at a certain time of the month!! x x

I tell mine most of the time. Bless him he keeps me grounded when it's the dreaded bfn.

Ye my OH is clueless too M2A, he believes in what everyone told him at school, have sex - get pregnant straight away

He has no idea about ovulation

What i'm worried about is that beacuse we got pregnant first time last time he thinks that things are going to be that easy this time and really dont want to disappoint him

I know what you mean sylvie, they try to scare you about getting pregnant so much when you are younger that you automatically think it's going to be easy when you try

I'd tell mine on a testing day I think. Have always set testing days a few days after I think my period's due though and have never actually reached one without it turning up...

He usually gets a text - something along the lines of 'another month of gratuitous sex ahead'

Mind you he usually knows before I do that it's coming...
