Or do you do other movements? Circling my hips helps my back but makes my bump tighten. Have tried rocking on it on my knees but that just hurts lol. Just wondering what everyone else does? xxxxxxxxx
I use mine all the time and find that apart from hurting my knees after a while of kneeling it's a great comfort and relief to my back at times. I have also been going to Pregnancy Yoga from half way so I have learned a lot of useful positions from there, however just sitting on it will be beneficial as it supports your back any which way you use it unlike a chair that you can't reshape to suit you.
I would recommend the ball to anyone and everyone so maybe try looking up a few techniques on youtube too, there's lots on there to try!
I was about 32 weeks I think. Just don't bounce on it listening to Prodigy, I got a bit over zealous last night and bounced straight off the bloody thing
