Did anyone 'spot' in early pregnancy?

Hi Ladies,

I'm so worried as I have been spotting. Its only been going on for a couple of days and sometimes there isnt anything there, its not Red but a dark pink colour (sorry tmi) . I have been looking online and it says that 30% of women spot and half of these end in M/C.

I thought I would start a poll!

in my pregnancy i have had 5 lots of spotting/ bleeding so far and it scares the life out of me! if your ever worried go to the docs and they should get you a scan

hun id go as far as to say even more than that have spotting usually its nothing to worry bout but always get spotting checked out especially if accompanied by any cramping xxxxxxxxxx

I did for 3 days but did a test and it was negative, then waiting a few more days and said it was posative

Thanks for the replies ladies, I didnt have spotting in my first pregnancy so it kind of freaked me a bit!

I spotted more or less every two weeks or so for the first 12 weeks of my pregnancy it was awful as it kept happening and I remember it happening badly (from brown to red) on Christmas day and we really thought game over.

So in the new year we had an early scan at 7 weeks and 3 days to check the embro took etc and all was well.

After 12 weeks it just stopped - random !

before i knew i was pregnant i had spotting - must have been an implantational bleed as it was dark brown no fresh blood and only lasted half a day
