did any mums use Clary Sage Oil??

Been looking about and heard it can induce labour, and that u shudnt start to use it until 36/37 weeks because it has been known to be quite effective.

just wondered if anyone had used this and anything started of/didnt start?

I used it when I was 2 days overdue (I didn't want to use it before 40weeks as I read/heard how strong it is) and went into labour that same night x

I used it from 38 weeks and Lucas was born at 38+5 but I had already lost my plug so it might have been a flook.
Wheather it works or not, I enjoyed bathing in it because it's very relaxing, I still use it now when I have a soak in the bath xx

I still use it too!

I hadn't had any labour signs but did wonder if it was just a coincidence x

u can put about 10 drops in your bath at night or ic been told u can also put some drops in like an oil burner? but think im gna stick to the bath lol x

I've been using it for about a week in a diffuser with a bit of lavender. It's done anything for me as yet, but may have to try it in the bath or in a massage oil or something...
