start taking things to 'bring labour on'?

what i mean is that i have a really nice shower gel i havent used whilst being preggy as it contains clary sage.

it smells divine and i'm so tempted to sniff it and really want to use it.

i'm 36 weeks so do you think i'll be ok to use it?

anything before 37 weeks is classed as prem so you may want to wait until you hit 37 weeks

tbh I doubt it will bring on labour.

It will only have a small amount of clarey sage in it... and while you are 36 weeks if your baby was born now, they wouldn't consider it prem... but pre term.

When I was 36 weeks my consultant at the hospital said that the baby was fine to be born... although she would be a little on the cold side because of the fat stores that get laid down in the last few weeks.

I've been trying to encourage labour ever since, but I'm still here..
