I had a natural birth and i was pushing for nearly 4 hrs 
so i got piles.. after the birth, before i needed to poo, i used to get like contractions in my bum they were agony! They only lasted till i went though.. i couldn't sit and i had to breath through them don't know if yours is the same but they went quite soon after can't really remember now! If your worried i'd go back to docs and see what they say
