Hi all,

Fairly early days at the moment, but been thinking of names (as you do).

For a girl we're having Darcy - unsure on a middle name yet, although I like either Isla or Violet.

OH has suggested Harlan for a boy. I quite like it, but not 100% on it yet - I certainly don't love it. If we did go for it, it would be Harlan Reece.

It's so hard to choose a boys name as we already chose the best one first time round!!!

Opinions anyone?

I like Harlan.. Never heard it before & think it goes nicely with your sons name..
There will be people who aren't so keen I suspect but that's to be expected I guess

Harlan Coben is a crime writer - only other time I've seen that name and I really like it - good choice x

You're brave thinking of names this early, I'm terrified to start now and give myself too many choices!!

I like Harlan, it's a bit different and I agree that it goes nicely with Greyson. I get what you mean about having chosen the best name before. I haven't got a clue what I'll call this LO if it's a boy, I loved the name Caleb so much more than anything last time, I feel sorry for any future sons because their names won't be as lovely to me!!!

My best friend's cousin is Darcie Leigh, but I really love Violet as a middle name for it, so pretty!

I know exactly what you mean! We love our two boys' names so much ( oscar and Jude) we're thinking there can't be any others we'll love as much! Tricky! Sounds like you have found names you love though

My daughter is a Darcy her middle name is Alexandra , but I love Darcy violet !
