Yes that’s definitely a positive!
I was so stupid and used another clearblue digi week indicator and it’s gone down to 2-3 weeks from 3+ ! I know they are not reliable but I can’t help but worry as that’s how I found out I was having a miscarriage the first time. Please reassure me it’s not... also has anyone used them?

They are definitely not reliable! Don’t worry. It fluctuates based on how much you have had to drink as well

Clearblue is crap. Honestly I was six weeks and it said 1-2 with my daughter. Stick to pink dye.
My mc last month had no signs it was about to happen I just started bleeding out of no where keeping testing is just going to worry you more. Give epu a call and get them to scan you. I’m going to call on Monday and book a scan for when I’m six weeks xx

Thank you for the reassurance. I have a scan booked for Wednesday which will be make me just over 5 weeks. I know they might not see a heartbeat but just to check why I had pains and everything is in the right place. I hate the week indicators now it’s got me worried. I wish I never done it

Also anyone is having mild cramps? I get them all day long sometimes like uterus burning and today more around my ovaries/sides.
I find that I can’t walk too long as the cramps get worse

Yes - still having cramps I do think it’s a healthy sign as long as you are not overcome with pain. Your uterus will be adjusting and starting to expand

Thanks this reassures me. I can’t wait to have a scan and see a heartbeat. Once that happens I can relax a lot more.

Also it’s a bit embarrassing to ask but do you still have sex since your bfp?
I have no sex drive also too tired to bother but I know my husband would love it so thinking of doing it soon but also very nervous about doing any damage so early on. I know again it probably won’t affect anything but don’t want to take any chances.

Hope you don't mind me joining the thread but I got these two lovely BFPs this weekend and I am over the moon. We've been trying for 6 months and could not believe it when I saw that 2nd pink line show up!
Initially was a wee bit reluctant to post because I'm feeling anxious about it all but the whole not saying anything to anyone has finally got to me! I'm fit to burst with excitement
Due around the 14th of December going by dates and have phoned to get my initial booking appointment and 12 wk scan booked!
Can't actually believe it's happened x

Hope you don't mind me joining the thread but I got these two lovely BFPs this weekend and I am over the moon. We've been trying for 6 months and could not believe it when I saw that 2nd pink line show up!
Initially was a wee bit reluctant to post because I'm feeling anxious about it all but the whole not saying anything to anyone has finally got to me! I'm fit to burst with excitement
Due around the 14th of December going by dates and have phoned to get my initial booking appointment and 12 wk scan booked!

I feel really nauseous this evening and still have all three kids awake which is unusual. We’ve been sorting the garden out as we need to sell and got bored of clearing out the house only to have the kids wreck it. At least outside they have all their big toys so it’s not little bits everywhere.

I actually had to stop walking in the shopping center because of the pains. I had to take a lot of breaks but I think it’s also mixed with gas pains. So hoping that’s it and it’s not anything bad. I just get so gassy by lunch time embarrassing...

Same thing happened to me despite cancelling all of the midwife appointments they kept chasing me after my miscarriages so I only referred myself a couple of days ago and they already sent me a letter for my booking appointment but not for the 12 week scan. I wonder if that’s a seperate referral?

You can’t jinx it.
I’ll speak to epu on Tuesday and then see what happens. I wonder if they’ll see me next week and scan next week as I haven’t had a cycle inbetween the mc x

I am sure they will. The EPU near me is a walk in service and they will always see you there. They didn’t scan me as it was too early but they did blood tests and told me to come back next week.
