Dazed and confused

First day of last period was April 8. I missed my period in May and started testing. I started with brown spotting turning into pink/red/clots. Doctor told me to worry when I "saturate" a pad in a hour which never happened. Just red blood/clots when I pee or wipe. Seen for vaginal ultrasound and I have no results!! "Empty uterus" I dont get it. Youre telling me 5 false positives over a matter of 2-3 weeks? I took dollar test the 9th, clearblue digital the 10th, clearblue digital the 12th, clearblue ×/- 16th, and digital yesterday ALL POSITIVE! Im sooo confused. He gave me every option. Chemical pregnancy. Miscarriage. Eptopic. And just cant see anything yet. He was of absolutely no help. What so ever. So they did blood test to see hcg level. Tomwr when they call with results, if its lower then 5, he will consider it miscarriage. If im where I should be other level wise, then they will get me back for further test. This is only my 2nd time pregnant. First time miscarried as well but that was completely different than this time. First time i legit peed it out and had a sense of "relief" and i did bleed/saturate pads then...Im at loss for words!!

Sorry I can't be of much help as I don't have experience of this myself! Just wanted to wish you all the best and maybe advise seeing a different doctor if yours isn't being very helpful. Fingers crossed everything goes ok and you have a sticky bean! X

Im sorry it is upsetting when they cant see anything, a similar thing happened to me. Had some bleeding but still getting faint positives so as unsure had a vaginal scan and there was no embryo. They could see something but said it may just be fluid, did they see anything at all on your scan? Xx

They did not see anything, "empty uterus". Results from blood test yesterday read 39!!! Is that good or bad? He said yesterday less then 5 would be miscarriage. This nurse now when i asked said could just be that early. So tomwr, repeat blood work 4pm and what they will look for is the number to double, if it goes down, lost baby.

So now we went from 39 to 43. Again I asked what these numbers mean, said they are definitely pregnancy levels, could be just that early altho not the increase they want OR could be going thru miscarriage OR eptopic. Bc I called them, they didnt call me, all reviews arent done. The nurse could see the lab results and that the guy I seen Monday has now passed on to my normal OB, so now I wait for that call for next steps if that makes sense? Sure will be another blood draw tomwr...

Were the bloods done roughly 48hrs apart? I won't lie hun, that's not good you should expect to see them roughly double. It indicates that it's a failure to progress pregnancy or growing in the wrong place (possible ectopic). I really hope it ends good news for you but I would rather be honest. Hope you're okay xxx

Yes roughly 48 hours maybe a 2 hour difference. Im not holding my breathe i just wish they could tell me more or do something more theb blood work?? Like check and see if it is eptopic!!

Did they check your tubes when you had the scan?
To me it sounds ectopic, are you having any pain in one side or in the shoulders? Hopefully it isnt!
Your hcg numbers arent very good I miscarried when my numbers was only going up slightly like yours. xx

Idk if they checked my tubes? I will definitely be asking! My fiance said he saw the ultrasound tech write down she couldnt see my left ovary?? Was not address after the scan tho..also no pain in shoulders. Horrendous headache for 2-3 days. Bleeding is done.

Level was still 43. Repeat blood next fri to maybe verify it dropping shes thinking... This point shes saying miscarriage bc it hasn't gone up and my body is taking longer to drop levels
