Does anyone do this? I choose saturday to be my 'day off' and eat whatever I want (within reason). I still lose weight, and it gives me something to look forward to during the week.
I try not to go TOO mad, so I wouldn't go and have a fry-up for breakfast, fish & chips for lunch and a takeaway pizza for dinner, but for example today I had a mcdonalds breakfast, I skipped lunch (not intentionally, I was busy in town) but had some chicken & rice for dinner and a couple of chocolate digestives with a cup of tea. It brought me 400 odd calories over my daily allowance on MFP, but I think just one day off your diet a week really helps to keep you going, knowing you have that one day where you can have some cake or chocolate
