Grr a lot of places do that!! I rang up one helpdesk (think it was my local council for informations) and it told me that have a FAQ section online and hung up on me! I wouldnt have been ringing if the internet answered my question, i STILL havnt managed to actually get through to someone!

Oh and another place goes "sorry all our operaters are busy atm" then hangs up on you!

Ive noticed a lot of Eva's clothes and blankets say 'Keep away from fire' on them.....well I'll try....

On a similar note I remember having problems with my internet so I called the Virgin.net helpline. The conversation went something like this:

Me: "Hello, I can't seem to connect to the internet."
Helpline advisor: "Oh, why's that?"

If anyone has a phil and teds check out the instructions, a phil and teds is not suitable for use in water, underwater or being towed??? WTF?

Sorry honey i couldnt fit the kids and the buggy in with all that shopping so i thought i'd use the tow rope and tow them back down the motorway, as if??? :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
