I didn't want to read and not reply. I am regular but if irregular I would still just do even the cheapy opks and test everyday until saw it darker and then use a few each day nearer the days. Good luck xxx
 
I agree with @Jac2019 you can also track ovulation by tracking your temperature every morning. I have pcos although I'm regular so I use opk to get a warning of my surge then my temp confirms ovulation xx
 
I used to have long irregular cycles (45-70) days. I would just start taking cheap OPKs starting around CD10, and temp every day to see the shift. Then I would know to stop with OPKs.
 
What does CD10 mean
Cycle Day 10 - CD1 is the first day of your cycle when your period starts. I would start keeping track when my period started, then 10 days after I would use OPKs every morning.
