Is that pure icing they do that with or thick cream orrrrrrrrr butter icing and one of them squirty things/bags?

Frosting I think is the expression. I can get you a recipe from my friend who did Hebe's birthday cupcakes It's like a butter cream.

Yeah, once they're done they need to go in the fridge or the icing melts.

My mum did the ones bexy_22 had at grace's birthday, she just made buttercream and then dyed it the colours bex wanted. She used a piping bag with a nozzle with grooves round iykwim, I can't remember the actual name xx

The whole thing was a sponge cake. I have a very clever family friend who makes all our cakes so they are always amazing. Apart from the cake and cupcakes the whole spread was done by hubby and cost £50 max and there must have been 2 dozen adults and a dozen kids through the door over the course of the day. I thought it was a little tea party till we thought we'd better count up the people coming......when we did I said to hubby 'we're gonna need another loaf.....'

she's made some belters and she NEVER bigs herself up but this time she rang my sister (who was collecting it for me) and said 'wait till you see it - it's really good'......Ash (sis) said it was the best one she's seen her do and she's seen loooooads of them as they work together. She did my 3 tier choccy wedding cake.....mmmmmmm
