Seriously wouldn't bother lol!
We booked our wedding and honeymoon then I fell pregnant 8 weeks before the wedding. I ended up being 10-13 weeks on the honeymoon.
It was horrific, honeymoon was spent in one room, in bed being sick constantly, every time we tried to go out I threw my guts up so bad (we had to spend £80 on a taxi back from a trip and I was sick 8 time just in that hour), anywhere we went I was looking for the nearest place to puke and had zip up food bags on me to puke in. I had crippling migraines and hubby had to look after me. It was a lot of money and an amazing trip wasted. Not that we regret it obviously, we would do it a thousand times over for DS, but after that we swore on no more trips and to stay home during any future pregnancies. It really was hell for me at the time, all I wanted was to go home to my own bed. I felt a lot of guilt for gunny not being able to enjoy himself too. It's certainly a holiday we won't forget lol. In the que to check in for our flight home I had to sit on the suitcase, hide to be sick, was sweating buckets and tried my damdest not to pass out as I was scared they wouldn't let me fly if I was ill, all I wanted was to go home. Hubby was literally holding me up for hours until we got on the plane.
The travel sickness was horrendous all through pregnancy, car, coach, boat, all dreadful. The motion sickness on the cruise will get to you, it's something that has never effected me before but those are literally the worst weeks of sickness if you end up with it as it peaks around 13weeks roughly.
If you really want to go away I would highly suggest waiting until at least 18 weeks when sickness subsides for the most part and your not at the uncomfortable stage yet. At least then you have a chance of enjoying it

Either way I hope you get to enjoy your trip!!
