This has been playing on my mind between 6w2d and 8w2d baby grew good and smack on average crl measurements however at 10w3 baby measured 30.4mm which according to charts is more like 9w6d am worried baby isn't growing properly. I have tried to put it to back of mind as sonographer said everything was normal but I don't know if she had previous measurements!
Baby was wriggling around lovely and heart was beating
My measurements have always been about 4-5 days behind what I think by my dates but they aren't changing it til dating scan as she said its more reliable?!

Sorry i cant be of any help hun. All i know is when i went for a scan at 6+6 my CRL measured 9mm. I have another scan on wednesday which will make me 9+6 if my dates dont change. Hope you get the answers your looking for hun :).

Amy xx

Iv heard that babys slow down a bit growth wise at some points in early stages, often where u get pub behind on dates and stuff for them to catch up at later scans and put the date right. That's prob why they've kept the date the same ad they know thus can happen. Happened with my friend xx

crl really depends on the angle of the scan though as well. making judgements from one scan to the next is quite difficult because if baby is at a different angle, sonographer less experienced, all sorts of variables, read outs can be different. There is a reasonable margin of error on these things so don't be too worried!

Thanks :) she did rush through it tbh I guess I'll find out on tuesday as private scan so expecting them to take more time.

definitely! try and relax and enjoy seeing your LO on tuesday. Am so jealous, can't wait for a scan but another 4 weeks to go til mine :( !

its the day after I get back from Malaysia so at least that should make the time fly! here and in my hotel and wondering what to do with myself! most of the campus is closed it appears so unless i want to go Starbucks I may as well chill here :)

If its any consolation hunni I was told that they dont really go by the measurements at scan earlier than your nuchal scan as they can be inaccurate...the most accurate time to date is that nuchal scan :) so try not worry it'll all be fine...I had 2 early scans and had the same thing xxx
