I can't say i'm really craving anything as such, and if I do it isn't consistent. My passing phases have been: sweet chilli crisps and sour cream dip, prawns wrapped in filo pastry with sweet chilli sauce, melted goats cheese with caramelised onion chutney & lastly, white chocolate buttons!
The only consistent thing has been diet lemonade, but i've weaned myself off that now onto sparkling water in an attempt to be more healthy, and because the diet lemonade was making me more thirsty it was getting into a vicious cycle!
I had a pizza hangover the other night, thoroughly enjoyed my dominoes but was up all night, literally, having to drink water to try and stem my thirst/dry mouth - wasted no end of sleep!!
I find it easier to eat at lunchtime, rather than dinner time. By then I don't really want anything or can't decide what to have.
