Crampy pains

Is anyone else getting constant period like pains in their back and stomach? It feels just like AF is about to start.

Im not sure if its my body warming up for labour or whether its the iron tablets Im on slowing my digestive system down.

It hurts though and its making me irritable all the time

If its the iron tablets can I take anything to help with going to the toilet?

My back is killing me today just like period pains low down really making me feel uneasy i thought it might be a water infection so got a sample sent away but its really hurtin just had to take paracetamol

i'v had af-type pains and in my back but only mild, i thought maybe its the weight of baby

You can take Fibregel or lactulose to help you go to the toilet.

But i think with those type of pains i would call the midwife just to see what she says.

I've had a lot of back ache but it's higher up, between my shoulders and bra strap, not below.

Maybe it's the iron tablets upsetting your digestion. I am taking double Pregaday and they have the opposite effect on me! I am going 3 times a day at least!

Im getting crampy period pains too, im seeing my midwife on Thursday so ill ask her about it then.
