Hi,

I've been getting pelvic cramps since the day of my missed period.

Is this normal?

As long as you've not had any bleeding and the pain is not severe then I would not worry about it. I had slight cramps at the start of my pregnancy but they were not severe and not painful enough to warrant having to go to bed or anything like that. They were just standard "I can put up with it easily" type cramps - but of course everyone is different.

I can see from your ticker that you're only 4 weeks along which is very early. At this stage your body is adjusting to changes and slowly making room for the baby to grow. Your uterus will be expanding, too. Try not to worry too much as this all sounds perfectly normal from my own experience and judging from what other ladies have experienced at this stage, too.

As long as there is no blood or severe pain, then rest easy hun. You can always go for an early reassurance scan which I'd recommend going for when you are 6+ weeks! :)

I've had a lot of cramps too in all my pregnancies. It's normal as long as there is no blood I think. It's died down for me a lot now, I will be 13 weeks tomorrow.
