Is it when its accompanied by bleeding or fainting, or can constant cramping be a bad sign?
I found out about 4-6 days before my period was due and am now 7 weeks and the cramping has been non stop ever since the test was positive. Its like pretty painful period cramps and some occasional pains on my pelvic bone just above the vagina Area, with achey thighs, and sore hips and back.
Ive had one scan at 6 weeks where the baby was seen with HB in the right place, so Im not worried about ectopic pregnancy, but is the cramping something to worry about or only if I start spotting?
Im finding it very distracting and hard to sleep at night when theyre there
I had some cramps with my first during the 4th week as I was due my period but not this bad or this constant.
Thanks for any advice x
