Cramping - Am I pregnant?

WAIT FOR THIS SHOCKER|
My period is finished...
after an hour
And I hardly had any blood and it was brown what the hell is going on with me?
It was only red first time when I wiped myself sorry tmi.
Basically, felt like I'd come on and saw spot of blood in knickers, thought oh crap better get a pad on coz it's night and i dnt wear tampons at night lol so went to the toilet wiped myself and theres was little bit of RED blood on tissue thought Oh bums bloody period - put a pad in - went to toilet later to find a tiny bit of BROWN blood on pad and no more than that, it's been a few hours now and nothing at all again.
So is this spotting or what??
So weird.

I was due on and had the normal cramping so didnt think inwas pregnant.

4 days later still experienced cramping but positive test. Cramping comes and goes now and I'm 7 wks.
