Cramping or trapped wind??

Earlier this evening I had tiniest amount of brown/pink spotting. Now I have what feels like trapped wind in my low left side and am feeling extremely worried!! Has anyone had this - do you think it's a coincidence or maybe the start of something ominous?
Any advice greatly appreciated x x

Been to a & e think I may be miscarrying but they can't do a scan cos it's the weekend! Ridiculous! Bit of a mess and generally feel all over the place - plus still cramping and spotting. Have booked myself into private clinic to have ultrasound at 12.30 so fingers crossed I find out one way or another
