Cramp in my bum??

This might sound like a weird 1 but since givin birth I've noticed I have a cramping feeling in the bottom of my left bum cheek/top of my leg (in the crease iykwim?) i only notice it at night but can b quite uncomfortable-any1 got any idea wot this is or y I've got it lol xx

Is it actually cramp or could it be a nerve? Does it go down your leg as well?

I think it's cramp,it's just in my bum,on the left side below my cheek. The only way I can get rid of it is by massage or by puutin all my weight on that area. It's really weird xx

did you have an epidural hun? i was thinking something like a trapped nerve too!

Na didn't have an epidural,it doesn't hurt wen I'm movin about,just when I've been sat for half an hour or more xx
