Cramp anyone

Cramp for sale likes to wake you at 3 in morning shooting down your leg!
I thought I had done well to get away with it so far and I said to dh yesterday I can feel it coming! Now it's arrived!! That and I wake up randomly now in middle of night canny sleep!

Anyone got any cramp cures?!

wish i did. as soon as i bend and part of body especially when i crouch and stand again i go still and crampy. so painful. thought it was just me being odd. didnt relate it to pregnancy.

Someone I know swears
By eatting a banana a day and it cures it but I can't stand them so I'm out there lol!!

I can feel it coming back my calf is getting tight!!

It is horrible though isn't it!! X x

oh i like bananas but not sure if i think it will work. might give it a try.

I really hope I don't get cramp. Used to get it in my leg when I was a teenager....OUCH!

I've heard it can be a lack of salt in the diet but not sure if thats just an old wives tale

Oh make sure you stretch it out straight away even though you might feel like you want to curl up.

It's horrible, I used to swear and scream in the middle of the night with it. God I can't even swear infront of my mum now and I'm 29 lol.
