Just to say thanks to you all for your Congrats and well wishes. I went to see my GP today who confirmed I am pregnant but am only just over 4 weeks. He was a bit negative and I left very downhearted. Although he said that having a silent m/c in 2006 and an ectopic in 2005 didnt mean I couldnt go on to have a healthy pregnancy, he also said that my chances of having a miscarriage was very high because of my age (42), actually 1 in 3. Of course I knew this but he didnt have to be so blunt!
