Controlled crying/OH rant

I agree I wouldnt ever do CC!! I think that if a baby crys then they obviously need something even if it is just comfort so you need to give them what they need!! Same as you wouldnt leave your baby hungry you shouldnt leave them without comfort!! I figure he wont need cuddles when he is 18 so make the most of it!!

I'd say no, def dont leave a baby at 6 w/o to cry if you can help it, that being said...its ok to leave LO to cry if you need to have a shower or get something to eat or something like that. Alot of ppl are scared to leave LO to cry for a few mins, dont be mistaken, its absolutely ok to do that. You hear it alot, ppl saying...i've not had a shower for days, haven't eaten ect, which is a bit silly, LO can cry for short periods, what ppl mean is you shouldn't leave LO for ages on end

When they get to around 6 months its alot different.
