Contented Baby routine?

Has anyone looked at, heard of, or infact followed this routine?
I've just had a look at the website - http://www.contentedbaby.com/FAQ-Routines.htm - and from reading some of the comments from mums' using this, it seems a little rigid and downright hard work, but surely getting baby in a routine as early as possible, is going to be better in the long run?
