consultant tomorrow

just a quick thread to say that we have our weekly scan and also the consultant called to say that she wants to see us straight after the scan tomorrow. she has always said that she wanted to deliver the baby around 34 weeks which is around now!!! I think that she will let me carry longer though, since I am so bloody big and really sore and uncomfortable

Just going to finish wrapping the xmas presents and get them up the loft just incase lol

Good luck for tomorrow Claire - hope little one can stay in there a little bit longer for you. I'm going on Thursday for my growth scan and bricking it as I'm convinced baby hasn't grown - my bump is a still small, hardly look pregnant, but it is now measuring 28cm rather than 26 cm two weeks ago. I just prepare for the worse case scenario each time I go in now in the hope that what they tell me can't be worse than what I'm imagining!!

Anyway I'm sure all will be good for you tomorrow - I can't believe that you've managed to get this far as I remember reading your post ages ago when you found out about the problems.

thanks everyone must admit this is one of the 1st scans ive been to in ages that I have been looking forward to instead of dreading it, as for the xmas presents I LOVE LOVE LOVE xmas and having the bump has meant I have an "excuse" to shop early this year lol

mablestar - I am stillvery small and the baby has been growing, every little helps, our bump was a growing an ounce a week then the last time it had grew 1/2 lb in a week so honestly have faith and you never know look at the wee journey I have been on, if they can keep the baby in there growing a little they will xx
