Constipation

    Hello all! I have been inflicted with the dreaded C word since early pregnancy and felt dreadful with it.

    Last week though I found something which has got me back to normal! Activia Yoghurts,have had one a day for a week and after day 2 felt like my normal self again.

    Wanted to share as I know it can't just be me that was being made miserable by it

    Urgh. The C word.

    For me, eating my 5 portions of fruit/veg keeps things managable. Still not as regular as I used to be though.

    I started to believe this activia because on the other forum there is a post talking this medicine. Unfortunately, I am used to have an herbal supplement that is very good in treating constipation. I always have this Digestic by Mimonis on my med kit so that when have constipation trouble we can easily take one. It helped me fighting constipation that is why we are relying on it.:)
