Hi,

I'm new here, my DH and I have been TTC for 2 years now and I have PCOS (very irregular/non existent periods &a moderate number of cysts but not other symptoms). I have just finished my 2nd round of clomid. Being on it makes me feel truly awful with migraines and I'm just so tired I can't function for about 2 weeks :(. After the first round I got my period on CD28. The 2nd round was just as bad, I took an early pregnancy test on CD26 and it was BFN. I'm now on CD31 and still no AF. I have awful abdominal pains, not like normal period pains, more a really really bad ache on both sides. does anyone know if this is normal? What is the best thing to do?

I'd love to hear from anyone going through similar things please.

You could be having ovulation pains? Have you had your day21 bloods done to see if you have ovulated already?

I'm on my last round of clomid (if it doesn't work). Not really done much for me.

Your AF could be delayed by a few days and the pains could be the sign that AF is going to be a bit mean. I'd keep an eye on it but wouldn't worry too much. You could always call your clinic for some advice.

Good luck.

Thanks sugarpop! I called the clinic today and they said it sounds like the clomid has caused a cyst / cysts so I have to go back for another scan :(.

Good luck with your last round of clomid, I hope it goes well for you.
