Confused

i am slightly confused about my cycle. I'm trying to count the length this month as it is my 1st cycle off the pill.

I was due AF Monday (yesterday), she arrived during the night so do i count Monday as day 1 or Tuesday as day 1?

How awkward the witch can be...

I always come on overnight and always count the next day as day 1. Not sure if that is technically correct but then how wrong can it be!!!

First day of AF is when you get full, red flow so if by the time you go to bed, it isn't like that then I would say the following day is CD1.
