Confused with ovulation tests!!! Help please

Hi. This is my first month tracking ovulation using the one step strips. I had a positive result Thursday evening, Friday AM and PM, today they have been getting lighter so I guess my LH surge has gone. If I DTD tonight would i be in with a chance still of catching the egg lol or will it be too late?x

You ov between 12-36 hours after a positive test and an egg can live up to 24 hours after release so get to DTD! good luck x

Thanks. I DTD so fingers crossed! I'm not feeling very hopeful this month though.x
