combined pill - advise needed

I started taking the combined pill 2 weeks ago tomorrow. we had 'cuddles' a couple of times last week though. Think i would have been protected after 1 week of taking it?

I've been missing being pregnant lately but i dont want to be pg this soon after having eva!!

Yeah i think it takes 7 days before your covered.
