I started on these yesterday Supposed to be great for joints, mine are pretty stiff and achy after having Odhrán.. Supposed to be great for hair nails and skin too Taking one a day.. Don't know how long it's supposed to take before I start seeing/feeling a difference.. ANDD I was going to buy them in Holland and Barrett the other day.. About £6.. Got them in Asda last night.. 60 tablets for 98p! They have a huge range of their own vitamins and so much more for a great price too xx
